Terms of service
We offer exchanges & store credit only. We do not offer return labels unless wrong item is sent by us or damaged. Customers are responsible for return expenses.
We do not charge a restock fee. You will be given full store credit for returned item except for the shipping fee.
Items with any kind of odor or stains will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages unless package is lost during transit.
We will file a claim for you.
Time gap for exchanges is 20 days.
Sale items are final sale no exceptions.
